Here is just a little grocery haul for you all. These items are pretty much the usual things I buy, sometimes I buy more fruit but I'm leaving next week so didn't want to go over board.

30 Day Shred Workout
If you haven't heard of this workout before, let me give you some info
Her 30 Day Shred DVD includes three 20-minute circuit-training workouts that burn mega calories and build strong, lean muscle. Each level contains a 20-minute workout based on Jillian's exclusive 3-2-1 Strength/Cardio/Ab training circuit: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of ab work. There's also a brief warm-up session and a cool down stretch.
You do each workout level for 10 days, I use 3 lb weights and 5 lb weights depends on the exercise.
I started on Nov 1, I took my measurements, weight and a Before picture. I'm actually sticking with it this time and will make it the whole 30 days! I also added in some Tae-Bo which I'll be doing 3 times a week.

Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Review
I have done a ton of research for the right protein powder, and I can tell you it wasn't easy!
I started my weightloss journey without ever taking one, so in 18 months I'm finally found one!
I used Shakeology but to be honest it tasted horrible! My stomach would turn just from the smell of it!
I order a 280g bag from well.ca in gourmet chocolate. The price was $24.99 a little expensive since you only get 10 servings per bag. But I didn't want to buy a huge tub and not like it.
This protein powder has NO SUGAR! 24 g of Protein, 1 g of Carbs and 106 Calories. If your counting calories or carbs this is a good powder for you.
I mixed mine with water and it was delicious! Wasn't chalky, didn't have a nasty after taste and what women doesn't like the taste of chocolate???
This powder also helps with building muscle.
I take my powder after a workout with water. You can add your powder to skim milk, a smoothie, and even some recipes can use protein powder.
I highly recommend this protein powder!

My During
WARNING! These photo's are a post mommy body, this is what happens when you gain 50lbs with both pregnancies!
As you can see I have alot of loose skin left on my stomach, that I can not stand! It bugs me every time I get dressed, look in the mirror, sit down, pretty much all day every day I hate my nasty stomach skin!
But what mom can't relate right? Unless you were blessed with a nice post baby body.......
I lost a total of 86 lbs in under a year, but I didn't stick to my new lifestyle and figured I can eat what I wanted to again and didn't workout as much and gained back 20 lbs. So I know what I can and cannot over eat. I'm restarting my journey and getting to my goal weight of 130 lbs, I want to be at 150 lbs by Christmas! (So I can get new clothes for a gift haha)
My Before
Here is my before picture. I was about 1 1/2 week post postpartum with baby #2. I never lost all the baby weight from my first one so I came into this pregnancy with a extra 30 lbs. I was 185 lbs before I got pregnant with #2 and ballooned to 240lbs!!!!!!!!
I was disgusted with myself! I can't believe I let myself get that big.
So I was determined to change. The hardest part was waiting 6 weeks to get the go ahead from the doctor to workout. So in the mean time, I drank tons of water, watched what I ate and breastfeeding helped big time!
By the end of May I was down to 208lbs! How exciting is that! Hardwork has starting to show and once I started working out even better results.
